Villa \u201cSerenity\u201d is located in a privileged and quiet location in the area of Kosta in Porto Heli, at a distance of 200 meters from the port of Kosta and just 40 meters from the sea.
The villa is divided into 3 levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the ground level, the main living areas of the villa are located. These include the kitchen, the living room, a 12-seater dining area, and a WC. In addition on the same level, an independent Suite is placed, which has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a small living area, a work area, and a bathroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The upper level has three more bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom, which has a double bed, a work area, a bathroom, and a small terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Spetses.
Then the other two bedrooms share a bathroom and each on of them is equipped with twin beds.
The lower level has two additional bedrooms and a spacious playroom. These bedrooms share a bathroom, while one has a king-size bed and the other is equipped with twin beds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Serenity\u2019s outdoor areas include a beautiful seawater swimming pool and landscaped gardens with outdoor furniture for unique moments of relaxation. The gardens are specially designed in order to enhance privacy.
