Villa’s spaces

Ammos Seaside Villa is built on a private lot of about 5,000 sq.m., literally next to the sea. A small path is the only thing that separates the villa from the sandy beach. After you pass through the property’s main entrance a small paved and private road within the boundaries of the plot, leads you straight away from the coastal road towards the sheltered private parking of the property. The house itself is located between an olive grove and the sea and consists of three different levels.

Ground floor:
It Includes a comfortable living room with a seating area, sofas, and TV, and a fairly spacious and fully equipped kitchen with any kitchen utensils and appliances you may need during your accommodation and an even larger space between them that functions as a living/dining room. The only thing which separates the dining area from the outer space are balcony glass doors, resulting in bright living space from natural light and direct view of the pool & sea from everywhere within the house. Sliding open the balcony doors, the interior and the exterior spaces become seamless, allowing you to get and enjoy the fresh sea breeze of the area. In addition, on the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped shower room.

The ground floor’s exterior space is the perfect place to enjoy the Greek summer. Extremely comfortable, bright and equipped with outdoor furniture, exterior dining area, a BBQ, another outdoor fridge so that you can cook and dine or just relax and enjoy the amazing Greek sunset overlooking the sea. A pergola protects the outside area from the sun so that you can enjoy the outdoor living space of the villa even at noon. Right in front of this space, lies the private pool of the villa with a deck perimeter and sunbeds for sunbathing. The pool has a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 0.5m, so that both adults and young children can equally enjoy their swimming. Around the pool and up to where the plot ends and the sea begins, there is a huge garden with grass, various plants, and trees. An ideal place for contact with nature, but also so that children, pets, and even adults can have an amazing playtime.

First Floor:
On the first floor are three separate bedrooms. Two of them have a single bed each, while the third bedroom has a King size one. The floor has also one extra fully functional shower room. These bedrooms share a huge balcony, with a direct view to the garden, the pool area, and the beautiful crystal clear waters of the area, The balcony is about 50m2 and is also protected from a pergola since there are two different sitting settings that you can use.

The basement:
The basement of the villa includes 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed each. There are also two extra shower rooms. In addition, you will find an extra kitchen that you can also use for cooking. Finally, in the basement, there is an additional space, which functions as a storage room and is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an electric iron, and an ironing board.
All of the rooms and living areas of the villa are spacious and bright, modernly decorated, with plenty of room and closets for your things, but also fully air-conditioned for cooling and heating, from a total of 10 different heat pumps.

In the outdoor living spaces of the villa, there are 2 solar showers (water is heated by solar panels).
