In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen next to the barbecue and near the pool, so you can enjoy your drinks, lunch, and dinner in an idyllic setting, especially during the night in combination with the ideal night lighting provided by the house.

Indoors, the ground floor includes a large living room with sofas and twin beds, a toilet, a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and two double bedrooms with king-size beds. The first (main) floor includes a large living room with sofas and TV, a dining area, and a balcony with lounge chairs from which there is a direct view of the pool and garden. The second floor has a large double bedroom with king-size beds, a bathroom, and a balcony with sea views. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is accessible throughout the whole property and there are plenty of private parking spots on site.
The house is located in the community of Plepi, at a distance of 15 minutes by car from the picturesque town of Ermioni, 30 minutes from Porto Heli, while the island of Hydra is directly accessible from the port of Metohi, which is located at a distance of 8 minutes by car from the house.
