Villa’s spaces
Votsalo Seaside villa is built on a private lot of about 5,000 sq.m., literally next to the sea.
A small path is the only thing that separates the villa from the sandy beach. After you pass through the property’s main entrance, a small paved and private road within the boundaries of the plot leads you straight away from the coastal road towards the sheltered private parking of the property. The house itself is located between an olive grove and the sea and consists of three different levels.

Ground floor:
It consists of a comfortable living room with a seating area, sofas, and TV, a fairly large kitchen fully functional and equipped with any kitchen utensils and appliances you may need during your stay, and an even larger space between them that functions as a living/dining room. The only thing which separates
the dining area from the outer space is balcony glass doors, resulting in a bright living space from natural light and a direct view of the pool & sea from everywhere within the house.
Sliding open the balcony doors, the interior and the exterior spaces become seamless, allowing you to get and enjoy the fresh sea breeze of the area. In addition, on the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom.

The ground floor’s exterior space is the perfect place to enjoy the Greek summer. Extremely comfortable, bright, and equipped with outdoor furniture, an exterior dining area, a BBQ, and another outdoor fridge so you can cook and dine or just relax and enjoy the amazing Greek sunset overlooking the sea. A pergola protects the outside area from the sun so that you can enjoy the outdoor living space of the villa even at noon. Right in front of this space, lies the private pool of the villa with a deck perimeter and sunbeds for sunbathing. The pool has a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 0.5m so that both adults and young children can equally enjoy their swimming. In addition, you will find an extra kitchen that you can also use for cooking. Finally, in the basement, there is an additional space, which functions as a storage room and is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an electric iron, and an ironing board.
